Quick guide to exchanges and refunds.
A quick summary of how exchanges work.
- You can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Unless we state otherwise on the product page or at checkout, eligible items can be swapped for another product or store credit.
- To be accepted, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, undamaged, with all tags and packaging included.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to exchanges.
- You may return up to 10 items, or 10% of your order total (whichever is less).
Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How refunds are handled for faulty products.
- Refunds are only available for products found to be faulty, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
- All faulty items must be assessed and approved through our returns process.
- To begin a faulty product return, please contact our Returns Department.
